For almost three decades, I have worked alongside CEOs, executive teams and business leaders navigating growth, transformation, restructuring, integration and change.

My career has never been about HR in isolation. It has been about helping organisations align leadership capability, organisational structure and people strategy to support business performance.

Most recently, as Partner and Head of People & Culture within a leading professional services firm, I sat on the senior leadership team, partnering directly with the CEO and COO on organisational growth, leadership effectiveness, workforce strategy and cultural transformation.

Prior to that, I held senior regional leadership roles spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, supporting organisations across professional services, financial services, healthcare, medical devices, retail and energy. Twenty-three of those years were spent building my career in the UAE.

The common thread throughout my career has been working from inside organisations, helping leadership teams solve complex business challenges, build capability and prepare for what comes next.

I don't advise from the outside looking in. My experience has been built from sitting at the leadership table, making decisions, leading change and navigating the realities organisations face every day.

After nearly three decades in corporate leadership, I founded The People Strategy to bring that experience directly to founders, CEOs and leadership teams who need senior strategic support without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive hire.

Alongside the advisory practice, I built TPS Intelligence, an organisational intelligence platform designed to provide visibility into the areas that most often determine whether organisations succeed, scale or struggle. Through Leadership Continuity, Organisational Design and Emiratisation Strategy, the platform helps leadership teams identify organisational risk before it becomes a business problem.

TPS Intelligence was born from a simple observation: organisations rarely struggle because they lack advice. More often, they struggle because they lack visibility.

Leaders know there are challenges. What they often don't have is a clear view of where risk exists, how significant it is, and where attention should be focused first.

What makes this approach different

Most advisors provide recommendations. Most software platforms provide data.

TPS Intelligence and The People Strategy combine both.

The platform identifies risk. The advisory work helps organisations solve it. The platform helps track progress.

Together, they provide leadership teams with visibility into organisational risk, practical actions to address it, and a way to sustain momentum long after recommendations have been made.

Today, I partner with organisations in different ways depending on their needs. For some, that means acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team. For others, it means leading organisational design, leadership continuity, transformation or workforce strategy initiatives. In some cases, it means working as an embedded Fractional CHRO.

Whatever the engagement, the objective remains the same: helping leadership teams build stronger organisations, make better decisions and prepare confidently for what comes next.
