My work sits at the intersection of leadership capability, organisational design, and execution — the factors that determine whether strategy translates into performance or stalls under pressure.

Background

Over nearly three decades, I have operated at partner and executive level within complex, multi-regional organisations — shaping leadership capability, organisational design, and people strategy from inside the business.

I work with leadership teams at the point where growth, complexity, or change begins to expose gaps — in capability, structure, or succession. My role is to make those gaps visible, define what needs to change, and support decisions that are often difficult to see from within.

The focus is always the same: ensuring the organisation has the leadership, structure, and depth required to deliver what it is trying to achieve.

I founded The People Strategy to deliver corporate advisory focused on the disciplines that determine whether organisations can execute — people strategy, organisational design, leadership continuity, and transformation. The advisory is delivered directly by me — ensuring consistency, depth, and senior-level thinking at every stage.

Recognising that advisory alone has limits without infrastructure to sustain it, I created TPS Intelligence — a platform that gives organisations structured visibility into succession readiness, leadership alignment, and organisational resilience.

My experience spans the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia across professional services, financial services, healthcare, luxury retail, and oil & gas. Having lived and operated in the UAE for over two decades, I bring a deep understanding of the region's leadership dynamics and operating realities.
