For almost three decades, I have worked alongside CEOs, executive teams and business leaders navigating growth, transformation, restructuring, integration and change.
My career has never been about HR in isolation. It has been about helping organisations align leadership capability, organisational structure and people strategy to support business performance.
Most recently, as Partner and Head of People & Culture at Grant Thornton UAE, I sat on the senior leadership team, partnering directly with the Executive Chairman and CEO on organisational growth, leadership effectiveness, workforce strategy and cultural transformation.
Prior to that, I held senior regional leadership roles at Dentsply Sirona, ION Geophysical and KPMG, spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and business partnered global HR and finance leaders in the US, supporting organisations across professional services, healthcare, medical devices, oil and gas, financial services and luxury retail. Twenty-three of those years were spent building my career in the UAE.
The common thread throughout my career has been working from inside organisations, helping leadership teams solve complex business challenges, build capability and prepare for what comes next.
I don't advise from the outside looking in. My experience has been built from sitting at the leadership table, making decisions, leading change and navigating the realities organisations face every day.

In 2023 I founded The People Strategy to bring that experience to organisations and to experienced professionals, from both sides of the table.
I also designed and built TPS Intelligence, an intelligent platform that helps leadership teams see people and organisational risk early and reduce it. It has three modules, with more to come, and I use it alongside my advisory work with organisations.
My foundation is in human resources, business and industrial psychology. I am accredited in psychometric assessment (Level A and B), trained in coaching by the Centre for Creative Leadership, and certified in agentic software development, which shaped how I built TPS Intelligence.
