My career has never been about HR in isolation: it has been about helping businesses build the organisation they need to deliver their strategy.

Partner and Head of People & Culture at Grant Thornton UAE, on the six-partner Senior Leadership Team, leading the People agenda for almost 1,000 professionals through the firm's transition to private equity ownership.
Scaled for growth
Built and scaled the HR function at KPMG across the UAE and Oman as the firm grew from around 300 to more than 1,200 employees.
First outside the US
The first HR leader based outside the US at ION Geophysical, managing its international HR functions across the UAE, the Netherlands, the UK and China.
Merger integration
Led the people integration following the merger of Dentsply and Sirona, across the UAE, the Middle East and Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Turkey and India.
EMEA operating models
Designed and implemented country HR operating models across 13 EMEA markets, and project managed the launch of a remote HR shared services centre for the region.
Founder of TPS Intelligence
Designed and built TPS Intelligence, an AI-enabled organisational intelligence platform, supported by a Certificate in Agentic Software Development.
